推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展
Promoting high-quality development of “The Belt and Road Initiative”
当前，新冠肺炎疫情和乌克兰危机影响交织叠加，世界发展进入新的动荡变革期。中国进入新发展阶段，努力贯彻新发展理念，着力构建新发展格局，中国发展内外环境发生深刻变化。因此，“一带一路”建设面临许多新的重大理论和实践问题，迫切需要学术界进行深入研究。
武汉大学中国发展战略与规划研究院在教育部中外语言交流合作中心的大力支持下，拟定于2023年1月7日举办“新汉学计划”博士生“一带一路”高质量发展专题工作坊，诚邀海内外优秀博士生或高年级硕士生同学参与研讨。
With the strong support of Center for Language Education and Cooperation, we invite doctoral students to participate in a workshop entitled “high-quality development of ‘The Belt and Road Initiative’ ” taking place both online and offline on Saturday, January 7, 2023.
Nowadays, the epidemic of COVID-19 is intertwined with the crisis of Ukraine, and world development has started a new phase with turbulent change. With China entering the New Development Stage, applying the New Development Philosophy, and Creating a New Development Dynamic, the internal and external development environment of China is undergoing profound changes. This workshop will bring Chinese scholars and international students together to discuss the theoretical and practical issues relative with high-quality development of “The Belt and Road Initiative”.
议题包括但不限于(including but not limited to the following topics):
（1）新发展格局下“一带一路”国家经贸高质量发展
High-quality trade development of countries participating in "The Belt and Road Initiative " under the New Development Dynamic
（2）一带一路”国家产业合作
Industrial cooperation among countries participating in "The Belt and Road Initiative "
（3）俄乌冲突背景下“一带一路”建设面临的新国际环境
The new environment of "The Belt and Road Initiative" with the background of Russia-Ukraine conflict.
（4）数字“一带一路”和绿色“一带一路”建设
Digital "The Belt and Road" and Green "The Belt and Road"
（5）中国与“一带一路”特定国家的经贸关系
The economic and trade relationship between China and a specific country participating in "The Belt and Road Initiative "
（6）“一带一路”六大国际经济合作走廊建设现状、问题与对策（新亚欧大陆桥、中蒙俄、中国—中亚—西亚、中国—中南半岛、中巴和孟中印缅等）
The process, problems and Prospects of the construction of the six international economic cooperation corridors "The Belt and Road Initiative " (New Asia-Europe Continental Bridge, China-Mongolia-Russia, China-Central Asia-West Asia, China-Indo-China Peninsula, China-Pakistan and Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar, etc.)
（7）“一带一路”建设的减贫和其他民生效应
Poverty reduction and other socioeconomic effects of "The Belt and Road Initiative "
（8）“一带一路”相关的其他议题（如：新冠肺炎疫情的冲击及应对、科技创新合作等、文化教育交流等）
Other issues related to "The Belt and Road Initiative " (such as the impact and response of the epidemic of COVID-19, scientific and technological innovation cooperation, cultural and educational exchanges, etc.)
02 工作坊形式
Format of the Workshop
本次工作坊将采用线上与线下相结合的方式举办（具体安排视疫情情况而定），所有活动将进行网络直播。
本次工作坊包括但不限于以下环节：
（1）优秀学术论文分享与讨论
（2）小组活动
（3）国内外相关领域的知名专家学者及期刊编辑参与讨论、分享与点评
The format of the workshop will be blended with both face-to-face and virtual options. The activities during the workshop include:
(1) Sharing and discussion of excellent academic papers
(2) Student panel session
(3) Discussion session joined by reviewers, scholars and journal editors in related fields at home and abroad
03 评选说明
Information on Research Prizes
本次工作坊将邀请相关领域的专家组成学术委员会，对投稿文章进行双向匿名评审，从中选出6篇优秀论文进行评奖。优秀论文将推荐给《武汉大学学报（哲学社会科学版）》或China & World Economy进入进一步审稿程序。
奖项设置：
一等奖：1名，奖励3000元
二等奖：2名，各奖励2000元
三等奖：3名，各奖励1000元
The workshop organizing committee will invite renowned scholars to form an academic committee to review and select excellent papers from the submitted papers through double-blinded review. The authors of excellent papers will receive research awards according to their ratings of the academic committee. Excellent papers will be recommended to Wuhan University Journal(Philosophy & Social Science)” (paper in Chinese language) and “China & World Economy”
for further process of review.
The first prize, 1 winner, 3000RMB
The second prize, 2 winners, 2000RMB each
The third prize, 3 winners, 1000RMB each
04投稿要求
Submission Requirements
本次工作坊主要面向海内外博士生同学，投稿文章的第一作者应为海内外院校的在读博士生，如有他人合作，投稿前需征得同意。感兴趣的高年级硕士生同学也欢迎参与。
论文格式请参照《武汉大学学报（哲学社会科学版）》的投稿要求，英文文章请参照《China & World Economy》的期刊投稿要求。
论文文件请以“题目+姓名+专业+联系方式”进行命名。投稿截止日期为2022年12月20日，稿件录用者将在10日内收到通知。
投稿方式：

The first author of the article should be a doctoral or student. The approval of other co-authors is needed before the submission. Mater student in second or third year is also welcomed to join us in this workshop. Please refer to the submission guidelines of “Wuhan University Journal(Philosophy & Social Science)” (paper in Chinese language) and “China & World Economy” (paper in English language) for format requirement.
We encourage you to name your pdf or word document as "title + name + major + contact information" and send it via email submission to the following address:

The deadline for submission is December 20, 2022. Accepted papers will receive an email confirmation within 10 days.
